Service Description
Stand Up Paddle(SUP) Yoga takes all your favourite things about yoga onto the water. Your instructor will guide you through traditional yoga poses while you float on your board, all to the soothing sounds of the water. This is a great class for all yoga levels as the board can help you focus on balancing your body during poses. Modifications for poses can always be offered. However please note that prior SUP experience* is needed; you can get a taste of SUP yoga in a Beginner class while learning the basics. *Beginner Class and/or confident SUP experience required. Included in all classes are a board, paddle, Personal-Floatation Device (PFD) and leash.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your booking please do so 24 hours or more before your class. You can adjust your booking at our website here: https://www.supgirlz.com/account/my-bookings If we need to cancel due to weather we will do so 2 hours before class by email and texts. We cancel for high winds and rain. We want you to have a nice experience but we also need the weather and water conditions to cooperate, so please be understanding.
