Stand Up Paddle(SUP) Yoga takes all your favourite things about yoga onto the water. On a stable paddle-board, your instructor will guide you through traditional yoga poses while you float around on calm Lake Ontario. SUP prior experience needed, get a taste of SUP yoga in a Beginner class while learning the basics. Included in all classes & rentals are a board paddle, pfd and leash. *Beginner Class and/or prior SUP experience required.
If you need to change your booking please do so 24 hours or more before your class. You can adjust your booking at our website here: https://www.supgirlz.com/account/my-bookings If we need to cancel due to weather we will do so 2 hours before class by email and texts. We cancel for high winds and rain. We want you to have a nice experience but we also need the weather and water conditions to cooperate, so please be understanding.
