SUP Stretch & Meditation
Service Description
Welcome to our new, all level friendly, SUP Stretch & Meditation Class. In this 1-hour class we'll do a gentle paddle to a calm area, go through a series of stretches on our boards (no advanced Yogi experience needed) and finally come to rest as we guide you through a 10-minute meditation. Enjoy time for yourself in this chill and calm water class, we hope you will leave feeling rejuvenated and recharged with some quality water time. *Beginner Class and/or confident SUP experience required. Included in all classes are a board, paddle, Personal-Floatation Device (PFD) and leash.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your booking please do so 24 hours or more before your class. You can adjust your booking at our website here: https://www.supgirlz.com/account/my-bookings If we need to cancel due to weather we will do so 2 hours before class by email and texts. We cancel for high winds and rain. We want you to have a nice experience but we also need the weather and water conditions to cooperate, so please be understanding.
