Service Description
Learn to SUP in our 1hr 30min Beginner & Basics class.* We'll introduce you to the basics of the sport including: safety tips & regulations, paddling technique including proper stroke, turns and stopping; as well as giving you plenty of time to practice your new skills on the water! This class is strongly recommended for first-timers and beginners who are interested in learning SUP and further developing their basic skills. This can also be a great refresher class for seasonal paddle boarders to warm up for another season of fun (contact us directly for more advanced paddle skills or book 1-on-1 sessions). Included in all classes are a board, paddle, Personal-Floatation Device (PFD) and leash. *A Beginner class and/or prior experience is required for all paddlers to take any of our other SUP classes going forward. We take safety and your well-being serious at SUPGirlz, learn the basics from us and feel confident on the water.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your booking please do so 24 hours or more before your class. You can adjust your booking at our website here: https://www.supgirlz.com/account/my-bookings If we need to cancel due to weather we will do so 2 hours before class by email and texts. We cancel for high winds and rain. We want you to have a nice experience but we also need the weather and water conditions to cooperate, so please be understanding.
